Got a call from Ryan at MJH

We got a call today from Ryan at MJH, he has been assigned as our Building Supervisor, and more recently, our slab Supervisor as well.

Looks like Ryan has had to pick up the slack for another person that has decided on another career.

With weather permitting, Ryan indicated that this Monday they are going to attempt the peering of the block,  fingers crossed.

Thanks again to Ryan for reaching out and introducing yourself, I know what it's like to be thrown under a bus thanks to someone else leaving and having your workload explode.

Here's to having Sunshine in the coming days.

Got an SMS.......

Well, things change very quickly as it was only Saturday when we went down to the Land to see if any changes had happened.

Nothing really had progressed

1 Day later..... we get an SMS first thing today saying site preparation is completed.
I was like WTF.... what could of happened in 24hrs and on a Sunday.

So I called our Contact at MJH to find out what that meant, and sure enough our site has been excavated and cut.

Will head down tonight after work to take a look myself and hopefully if light prevails, post some pics.

Had to stop in and See

I couldn't help myself and had to drive past the block to see if anything new had changed.

Well it wasn't what I expected, but it's a slight change. Looks like the marking's of the boundaries have been sprayed down the sides of the block, and there are 2 X marks where i am guessing the cut will have the step down part on our slab.

The Land has been pegged for the site cut, and we have a Port-a-Loo.......

Our Construction list has till the 20th of January, hopefully we see some action within the next 2 weeks, or get a phone call saying it's all started. Time will fly so looking forward to watching the build progress over this year.

We did however have the Electricity/Gas company call to arrange connection of our services today. I guess that's a start.
