Fences next!

Slowly getting there, lot's of $$ to get all this done, going to need a 3rd Job.
But the materials for the fences have been delivered, so hopefully they will get a start on this early next week.

Concrete and hard work

Anther productive day today, started early at 6am, Had the front Pathway poured and the garden shed slab done out the back.

Continued backfilling the drainage trench with Aggregate and Dirt and covered the Ag pipe up.
Then finished off spreading the topsoil on the right side of house.

Sore but happy.

Part 3, Landscaping Weekend by weekend!

Topsoil down, trench dug for Ag pipe and drainage down side of house. Slight delay now on Turf due to fencing guys running late by 2 weeks. Might have to get creative with the topsoil.

Topsoil Delivered, now the fun part spreading it around everywhere!......

Landscaping underway

We got the bobcats to come in and level all the fill, and prepare the block for topsoil and turf. Know where the drainage needs to go in now, and also some other little retaining walls we have to do, but we are at least ready for some grass:)

The backyard begins

Wow how time fly's, a month since last post. Well we have been unpacking and settling in which is great, loving the house.

We have started now with the back yard, we need close to 100 Ton of Dirt to achieve the levels we need with the retaining walls.

So tomorrow the bobcats are getting put to work.

Once its all levelled, the front yard is next, then turf and fencing.
