Keys Today!

Finally get the Key's today, hopefully most of the things we needed fixed are done. I know there is 1 or 2 things that will be outstanding, but I'm sure my SS will get this done ASAP.

Some Extra Shot's Before handover

got some internal shot's of the painters finishing off their touch ups, also got the guys doing the concrete foot paths around the house.

Some better distant shot's of the final colour scheme with the down-pipes completed.

PCI Complete!

Today we had our PCI meeting, it went for a good 3hrs giving us the chance to go over the entire build. A fair few cosmetic fixes for the painters, but that was to be expected.

Only a handful of changes needed which will get done over the next 6 days. So next Thursday is our Handover date and the Key's, cant wait.

PCI Tomorrow!

Well the final Inspection has arrived, 12 noon tomorrow. Hopefully there isn't too much that needs fixing, I know a few things that need addressing, and will point these out tomorrow.

Hopefully none of it takes too long to fix, that way we can get the keys and Move in.
Will update after the inspection.

Carpets Started!

Dropped by to see if council had dropped our bins off, which they had:) And on-sight were the guys laying the carpets.

Couldn't resist and took a sneaky shot while they were working.

PCI Booked!

Final Inspection booked for the 23rd of July. We are almost there. The Vinyl flooring has been finished and the carpets go in this Thursday.

The carpenters are there this week doing the Architraves and door finishes. Then the Painters come back in to fix the Plasterboard and touch up everything.

Our Gutters at the front of the house are being fixed as 1 side was too short, and the other wasn't sealed 100%, and the Bag n Paint needs to be applied again.

So hopefully in 10 days, I will walk into a house that doesn't need much done to handover.

Flooring Started

The flooring has been started now, Gerflor Wild Oak. A Little Dusty but cant wait to see them cleaned and all the Architraves put on.

I had to take the shot's through the glass, so not the best shot's I could of taken.

Driveway Poured today!

Shot's of the Driveway, the guys were still working on it after I left. Fingers crossed flooring starts next week.

Then it's Quotes for Retaining walls and more concrete.

Driveway Started Yay!

We have a little bit of action again while waiting on the flooring to arrive, the driveway has at least been started now.
