  • 25.02.14 - Deposit Variation Sign off on Quote, Sent back to MJH
  • 25.02.14 - MJH sends our Land contract across to our Conveyancer, It's in the mail!
  • 26.02.14 - Consolidated Tender Signed
  • 26.02.14 - Pre Selection Colour Walk-through notified to us
  • 03.03.14 - We were Notified Conveyancer has land contract (Signed off to begin)
  • 04.03.14 - Deposit Paid to Conveyancer to Begin Work
  • 05.03.14 - Land Deposit back in our hands, Bank that Cheque for the Conveyancer
  • 13.03.14 - Pre Selection Colour Appointment 1.5hrs
  • 19.03.14 - New Home Exemption and concession for stamp duty lodged with conveyancer
  • 26.03.14 - First review of Draft Plans
  • 27.03.14 - Main Colour meeting booked 4-6hrs
  • 31.03.14 - Final Colours signed off, Variation on Plans for Fireplace approved

  1. Hi, I was reading home one forum. i am with WH, but i found very useful try to read as much as possible.
    It caught my attention that you are starting your unconditional approval after your contract?. Maybe I am wrong, but don't you need your CDC/ DA approval for the unconditional approval?
    Maybe, I am with the wrong bank lol.
