Slow Week

Nothing to report since the plumbing was done last week.

We were meant to get the Termite protection done Tuesday, then Today but that didn't seem to happen either.

We are expecting frames to be delivered tomorrow, but I think I will wait and see first.
Looking forward to seeing the next stage kick into gear, but it does seem like our builder is struggling to get tradesmen atm.

We have a fair few homes going up around us right now, we were the 5th Site cut in the estate section we are in, now there are 18 and there all nearly at the stage we are at. Grrrr..... The competitive spirit kicks in haha...

Anyway, lets see what happens over the next 2-3 days.

Plumbing done

Looks like the plumbing has been done for the stormwater etc. The Taps have been setup as well.

The Frames are due on the 19th now, and built between then and the 23rd, depending on work load.
The Termite protection get's done next week as well.

Slab almost Cured

Dropped down today to see if anything else had changed regarding plumbing maybe starting.
Only thing notable were the Cure date on the slab sprayed on, and a Silt trap built at the rear of the block.

Our SS called last Friday as an early introduction, and mentioned that Framework won't be delivered till 18th Feb or so, and maybe not started till the 23rd due to a backlog of work for the Carpenters to put the frame up.

He even mentioned that the Brickwork will be running behind as well, I think Sydney needs more Brickies.!  Then again the house opposite me was fully bricked within a week.
